Fitness Gym

The Fitness Gym features a dedicated cardio area equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, spinning bikes, and elliptical trainers. It also includes a free weights section and a range of strength-training machines. Access to the gym requires a paid membership and is exclusively available to Full Members. An annual payment option for the activity is available through RiverID. The program is supported by three instructors per shift, who provide personalized workout plans and ongoing guidance, helping members improve their quality of life through sport and physical activity.
