Type of information

To request and receive complete information from the authorities of Club Atlético River Plate (any data held in the Association's possession, custody or control, regardless of its source). If required, supporting documentation may be made available for inspection.

How to request information

The request must be submitted to the Dispatch Office in writing, signed by the applicant, who may, if they consider it appropriate, be assisted by a Member Representative.

Requirements

When requesting information, the following must be provided:

• a) Full name and surname;
• b) Membership number of each signatory;
• c) Postal address and/or email address;
• d) Description of the information requested;
• e) The format in which the information is to be received.

Free right

The exercise of this right is free of charge. Costs of issuing copies are the responsibility of the applicant. Only the cost of the medium (paper, CD, audio or video tape, etc.) may be charged.

Special committee

The Regulations established a Committee of five members comprising: the Secretary General; the President of the Assembly of Member Representatives; the President of the Legal and Technical Department; a minority Auditor; and a minority Member Representative. The committee will verify the admissibility of the information request and process it accordingly.

Exceptions

It is not possible to request information, or require opinions or value judgements from administrators; information relating to ongoing negotiations; or information containing sensitive personal data.

Timeframes

The Dispatch Office will forward the request within the seventh working day of receipt. Administrative departments will produce the requested information within 30 days of receipt by the Committee. The Committee must then evaluate the content and arrange for its delivery to the member within 15 days (extendable by a further 10 days, with a reasoned resolution).
