Women, Gender & Diversity Commission

It is a team of women and people of diverse identities, shaped by different realities, experiences and trajectories, committed to promoting an equitable, inclusive and violence-free Club. The Commission works to drive participation, empowerment and leadership within the Institution's spaces, leaving a lasting mark that transcends and contributes to future generations.

The area's vision is to position River as a national and international benchmark in the design and implementation of gender-sensitive policies that guarantee the full exercise of rights, as well as to promote the inclusion of women and people of diverse identities in sports and leadership roles, and to strengthen institutional ties that enable cross-cutting collaboration across different areas of the Club.
