Its objectives are to identify areas that require refurbishment and prepare the corresponding projects, promote the adaptation of facilities in sectors that require it, and ensure strict compliance with established building regulations, as well as the regulations imposed by Control Bodies such as the General Directorate for Inspection and Control, Licences and Permits, Health and Safety.
